Just found this in the update notes of Publish7 while i was searching something for CH (im mayor too), is that still not active or has it been activated again (found nothing more about it at later notes):

Player Cities: Temporarily removed the inactive citizen check for player cities.

as far as I know, it is inactive -- -for now.

It was buggy, but it did a nice job of clearing out ghost citizens from my city terminal. Basically, it cleaned out people who did NOT have houses in my city, but were still counted and listed on our terminal.

I wish they would do at least that part every so often - it's hard to tell exactly how many real citizens I have, except by driving around the city and naming houses (which I can do, just time consuming).

I recently filled out a ticket asking if we could get a building removed from town because we were pretty sure the guy's account was cancelled.

I was told that starting in October, cancelled accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months will be deleted, and that this will happen once each month thereafter.

This is actually a good thing by the way, when you think about it....I was afraid they would delete all our inactives all at once, which would cause us to lose our shuttleport.

This way, we just have to replenish one month's supply of lost inactives each month...not too hard.
