hi...im just curious if there is a limit to the # of player cities on the eclipse server...or a limit on how many shuttleports are allowed on a particular planet...im sorry if this is posted somewhere but i looked and searched on the forums and couldnt find any info that answered these questions

You need to read the Politician FAQ: City limits have been in the game since nearly as long as Player Cities have - only a certain number of cities can exist on each planet, and only a certain number of those can grow to a certain size.
