Thread: maintenance disappearing in some houses in city

A few guildies and I have noticed that our maintenance disappeared a few nights ago in our city.
It did not affect everyone but a few of us went from having 30 to 40k maintenance to nothing and then the decay started in.
A few people that did not log on in a few days have even lost their houses and I am assuming it is because of this bug.
Is this a known Issue?
Is anyone else having this problem.
I just thought it was odd that not everyone was affected by it.
