Thread: Has /grantzoning changed post CU?

Just a quick one - just befoer I left for work this morning, I happened to notice the tooltip on my (newly coloured in) toolbar icon for granting zoning rights.
Which said "allows people to place commercial structures (eg cantinas, hospitals etc.) in your town" (or something very similar - I'm at work right now and installing SWG hereis going to get me into a WORLD of trouble.
So: Is this a misleading tooltip, or has the need to get zoning rights from malitia for houses been removed?
My apologies if this has allready been dealt with in another thread, but I couldn't see it.

it still works as normal. I don't use a toolbutton, I just type /grant when I see the person

Just to check though - can this person place a house if you DON'T type it in?

not if you enabled zoning. they haven't changed anything player city-wise in the CU.
