hey i was jus wondering if the guild hall also had the same rule as a city hall about getting 10 people in under 24 hours and
if u have to pay maintenance on faction bases and are there different styles of rebel bases? thank you

Guild halls don't use City Hall rules. The Player Association forums would have more information on the guild-building process.
As far as bases go, you'd need to go over to the Galactic Civil War forum. There may be someone around here that would know, but I'm sure you could find it there.
