Thread: Is there a que to get to rank 4 as a city?
Hey!
I havea question, is there a que to get to rank 4 as a city? We have been at rank 3 qualifing forrank 4 for a long time. If a city drops from rank 4 to rank 3 as a city and it's down to 9 rank 4 cities on the planet, at the next update is there a certain system to who gets rank 4 (amongst those who qualify)? Or is it randomly so some have to wait forever to get to rank 4, and some get it at once?

Basically what happens is, if a city of rank 4 drops to rank 3, the first rank 3 city that meets the requirements for advancement after that opening is created will take that available slot. If it happens that two or more cities are updating at the same time andare vying for that spot, the one with more citizens will gain the spot.
