Thread: An accidental Mayor

So I logged in last night, and boom I won the city elections. I'm 0010 politician and the old mayor was master. Not really sure what happened, but now I'm mayor of the city, lol and I don't even really remember running this time around.
So now hear's my question(s) with about 65 city members about what kind of xp should I be looking at per 3 week cycle? Also when I go to the city management terminal there are 3 options when I first click on it, but when I click on it again the middle option that allows me to pay into the city treasury dissapears. Is this a known bug, or does it have to do with the fact that I reregistered to run again?
Also the city report says something to the effect city maintence is 345k.... is this per week, 3 week cycle, month, what? Sorry if these seem odd, but I only wanted the "warmaster" title now I'm running a rank 4 city on Naboo.
Any tips or suggestions would be great.

Q: How does a Politician get experience?
A: Simply: by getting citizens to vote for them. For every vote, a Politician receives 300xp that is granted at the end of a city's three-week voting cycle. In addition, incumbent mayors recieve 750xp weekly. You can check the standings of the election at any time by using the voting terminal located in the main room of city hall.
Q: How does city maintenance work?
A: Player cities update once a week; the exact time for the city update can be determined from the City Maintenance Terminal located in City Hall. Prior to taxation and city maintenance, the city rank and citizenship is validated. If the city has enough citizens to advance, the city is promoted. If the city does not have enough citizens to maintain their current rank, they are demoted. The Mayor is notified of any changes in city rank.
the "city info" tab disappearing is a known bug, just wait a few minutes because trying to access the terminal again.

Thanks... So i guess I should go ahead now and get as many votes as I can, cause i can't imagining my city doing much good with my current skill level of 1-1-1-1 after teh xp I got from the last election yesterday.
Also how many items can a city hall and a cloner hold (if any for the cloner)? Answered in the FAQ
