ok i just became millita leader and i never did it before so i need some help on what to do?

The militia grants zoning rights and citybans people. That's about it, so nothing special you really need to do, other than follow any rules your city might have.

the person you should talk to isn't us, but your mayor. what is his/her expectations of you as a militia member? what are the rules in the city, and what kind of behavior is bannable? etc.
