Thread: New Citizens Not being added to city

Last week i added a friend to my city and although she declared residence and got the standard welcome to the city email (which she forwarded me) she did not show up on my citizens list and i didnt get a city growth email saying citizen added etc.
I did a ticket and they said "pick up house and try doing it again". Really helpful and havent done it yet as she has not been on much and the house has alot of items to move as she is master armorsmith.
Yesterday i added another 3 houses to my city (all within borders) and didnt get one single email saying structure added. Then i was lucky enough to have three new players move into these houses and they declared etc but again none of them were added to my citizens list. They al tried redeclaring and all got the "cant declare for 23 hours" message.
I submitted a ticket, again, last night and will check tonight as the minute i sent it i got a "swg connection lost" message so will check tonight to see if it went through.
Also guild chat was unavailable last night.
Is it just me being extremely unlucky or have other politicians had these problems.
Being a politician, helper and master doctor i dont actually play the game much as im always helping people or healing or recruiting, which i enjoy doing, but these bugs are making it doubly hard for me to enjoy the game and i must admit last night i even thought about leaving swg which i thought i would never think of doing but its becoming so frustrating.
My city is level 2 (small i know lol) after 8 days and we have 26 residents if they all showed up properly. I would hate to miss next weeks update and not progress to level 3 due to my city being bugged. (assuming i recruit more)

I had guild chat/tells not working last night. Seems all of Naritus was pretty buggy, to be honest. I haven't had any trouble with new residents recently, but I also haven't had an opportunity to add new ones since the latest patch. Should either today or tomorrow, though, so I'll see what comes up.

Thanks for the response.
They citizens have now been added ( 2 days late but better then nothing at all).
Now if only i can get rid of the kimoglia dragon nest close to my city
