We logged in yesterday after the minipatch and to our horror discovered that our shuttle terminal and droid were gone. With no way to buy tickets to go anywhere, we are forced to ride out to Tyrena if we need to travel. We can still arrive back at our shuttle from anywhere else on the planet however.

I hope they fix this one soon. The CS ticket was sent in as soon as we saw the glitch. If it isn't fixed today SOE is going to get a SLEW of angry tickets since we are the biggest city on our planet and our people are madder than hell. We have no taxes and have lots of traffic coming to and fro, and our shuttle is our only actual means of city income other than donations from our wealthier residents.

that has happened to me a couple of times. Here's how to fix it (only mayor can)

go on to the Shuttle port platform, use /structuredestroy (something like that, i've used it, it works)

This will enable you to go to the redeed window, you can redeed (because shuttleport costs no maintinance, only adds to city maintinance)

So just redeed and replace.

yeah, that will work until they cap the amount of shuttle ports per planet... then if you re-deed well good luck to replace it... I'm sure the devs will at the same time come up with "you must wait 24 hours before placing this structure" thingy so it's a good griefer. All they will need to do then is simply go to lightly populated cities and take out the terminal and droid which will then make the structure useless and just worth destroying it since it will still take maintenance.

And exactly how cna you destroy something that s now there! i dont see it!

err destroy something that NOT there its not like i can see the cloners!

The same thing happened to our shuttleport. Citizens are very upset. I sent in a trouble ticket (as soon as we noticed that the droid, ticket terminal, and structure terminal were entirely missing) but no response yet.

I'll see if I can get the mayor to perform the trick prescribed.

This has happened every day this week to our city, and only the mayor can redeed it. Everytime it does fix it but then happens again the next day, i have turned in a ticket, and the response i got was " the dev's know there is a problem with no current workaround with the exception of redeeding, and have put this issue on high priority and are working on this issue.
