Yea there is a thread on this a ways back. Deff a needed addition.

I am surprised they did not have a City chat group. I thought it would function just like a Guild chat. We can use e-mail with the address "citizens" from what I understand.

I have a thread going called City / Mayor features "want" list that mentions this as a definite want for player cities.
