I know we need Master Musician/Dancer/Chef to place Cantina. However does that person need to be a citizen? Can a Master live outside of town but run Cantina inside? In real life this would actually be the most logical and probable scenario anyhow.

They do not have to be a citizen.. but they can declare residency in the cantina if they so desire..

Also.. currently.. it is possible to declare residency in multiple cities. Not sure if this is intended.. but it means that a player could theoretically be the mayor of as many as 10 cities.

Thanks Stryker. We desperately need a Master Musician or something to place our Cantina on Ahazi.

One more question what happens if the drop the class after they have placed siad buildings

I'm not sure.. but I'll hazard a guess based on how I've seen the code act on other things..

As an example.. I used the /transferStructure command on my city hall to a citizen to allow him to decorate.. but he had to take Novice Politician..

I tried to transfer the cloning center to him.. but was unable to because he did not have Martial 2 (or whatever tree the clone center is under)

I'm guessing that a musician or dancer could drop the cantina.. and then drop the skill and be ok.. as long as they didn't try and redeed it..

But.. it's only a 620 apprenticeship experience risk to test it....

I am the Mayor of Titan on Shadowfire , we had one of our own citizens place the cantina. The only thing

that is important to note is the person who drops it uses 6 lots. So if you find someone willing to do that but

not live in your city good luck.

So can Doctors/CMs also declare residence in medical centers?
