Thread: Multiple rank advancement question

My city is growing rapidly due to friends and many people wanting to help. I am rank one now, but will qualify for rank 3 by next update (Sunday, April 24th). Will I bump up multiple ranks at once? Or must I wait the multiple weeks? Thanks guys,

it's only another week *shrug*

p.s.: I'm doing the waiting myself on TC-EP3, I qualified for rank 3 pretty fast but still needed time to bump the levels up.
