Hey Everyone,
If you cant tell I am really new to the politician proffessionand I am curious as to what is working for your towns and what is not.
I have a 55 person town and just got a shuttleport. I have set my property tax to 10% and my shuttleport ticket charge to 250 cr. How do I know if I am going to have enough credits coming in to cover the cost? Also, does it say somewhere when my city updates? Thanks for the help in advance....

There's really no way to know if you're going to have enough coming in from tickets alone as there is no way to track income. You can check the City Management Terminal in City Hall (left-hand room) for the Treasury Report as well as find out how long you have until the city update.

You don't have to be crazy to voluntarily take a position that will probably bankrupt you, most likely waste a lot of your time and definitely cause your heartache and ulcers.. but it doesn't hurt...

But there's a major feeling of accomplishment I get from Politician and seeing my town than I ever got with a crafting character or combat. So sure i'm crazy....crazy for my town...
On the side of working out how everythings calculated, spend a week or two watching how your city funds work. I've found I can only tell from just sitting, waiting and watching.
P.S i was a little bit crazy before...but shh don't tell anyone.
