You'd have to send in an in-game ticket for that. You may be able to get the structure up yourself, though. Try standing as close to the garden as you can and use the /destroystructure command. It should pull up the window to take you through the rest of the process.

Or /target structure to select the terminal (I think that's the name anyhow) and bring the menus up with your keyboard commands. For the 'EQ mode' it'sthe tilde but not sure about the others.

uh huh. Tell that to my csr ticket I submitted ages ago, and the other one I submitted the other day

Are you submitting a /bug or using the Holocron to submit a ticket? The first one won't get you any response. The second one you should get a response within about 24 hours and you can check it's status using the Holocron.

It's not that they are ignoring all first requests for help. A /bug report is not a request for help, it's a ticket informing them of a bug in the system. A CSR ticket (through the Holocron) is a request for help.
It doesn't matter how many bug reports you send in, you will not get a response. That's not how that system works. The CSR ticket is the system that gets you a response.

I would do what the guy said a few posts ago.
Stand as close if not ON TOP of the garden and type /destroystructure
It should bring up the command box to complete the pick up of the garden.

Just be REAL careful when you type in the confirmation box that you are destroying the correct structure.
It should have the name of it in the title bar of the confirmation box.
There was an issue back in the day with that slash command sometimes not always effecting the structure you want it to. So just be safe and read everything before typing in that digit and hitting the destroy button.

like the guy said stand in the garden and try /target terminal or /target structure, this whould target the terminal then hit the ` (~) key and use the radial to select your option
