Thread: Any mayors have these 2 problems?

Ok i am mayor of a city and i have 2 problems. First one is when i go to the city managment terminal in the city hall not sure if its the exact name but it think you know what im talking about. So i go to it and open menu on it 3 options 1)examine 2)city info 3) city management (pretty sure thats the option name) so theres no problem there. Then i open it again after im done using it for first thing i need and second time i open it there is only 2 options 1)examine and now #3 option is #2 so its 1) examine 2) city managment. In order to get all 3 options i need to go outside city hall and wait a minute and come back in use it again then go outside keeps on going on and on i send a ticket in but hasnt been fixed. So now my second problem is i or miltia in my city will place a house for a new citizen and transfer structure but the person who gets owner ship cannot add anyone to admin they go to option put name in it says person has been added but when you look person isnt on list and dosnt have admin. The owner isnt even on the list but owner can still move stuff just dosnt show them. I also sent ticket on this...no response. Please people post if you also have these problems too maybe we can fix it.

Im not sure about #2..been doing it with no trouble. #1 isa known bug, and has been reported. It is a pain, but something we will have to "deal" with.

Actually, I am having both problems. In fact, we had three houses poof on us. It was very odd...luckily, they had just been placed a day ago and nothing had been dropped inside yet.

ok well thats good about #1 but number 2 is even more annoying i have reported it twice so i guess ill just have to wait

I've tried to add people to the militia over the last couple of days and keep getting the message "that player cannot be found" even when standing on top of the city terminal. And even with really easy names.
And the main guy I was trying to add told me he couldn't grant zoning rights, yet was still listed on the militia list.

Both are known bugs, I had thought the second was fixed ages ago, but may have crept up again.
I always put people on admin before transfering a structure to avoid the issue altogther.

oh thats a very good idea adding them before transfer but are you talking about the person getting house or people he is gonna add when he does get house

I make a city report every week that requires information from several different city terminal reports. I noticed this started happening some weeks ago as well. However if i open all the reports I need straight away and keep them open until I'm done with them, I've noticed it seems to be related to time. Hope this works for you.

i've had number 1 for a while, but have had nothing like number 2, i'm the only one in my city with zoning rights, so maybe its just when the militia does the housing? or does it happen when you do it also?
