Just wondering if i dont have enough cash in my treasury will it just destroy or take from my bank acount like other structures?

I ask becuase i am moving my city, my new city is controlled by my alt until i am ready to destroy my old city. I am still moving items around in my old city and dont want it destroyed until i have it all sorted.

City Hall will only pull from the City Treasury, not your bank account. Civic buildins operate on a different system than other structures.

If you don't have enough money in your treasury at the time of update, it will begin to decay. Once it reaches 0 condition it will poof.

First it will destroy your other civic structures, decorations, and trainers. I forget what order but IIRC it goes ...well opposite what I just wrote. Trainers, then decorations, then gardens, then cloner/bank/shuttle, then city hall itself.

Due to an administrative error, one maintenance cycle my treasury was lacking necessary funds. Immediately, all terminals, decorations and trainers were sucked up. The non-city hall civic buildings (bank, gardens and garage) all took a hit and were reduced to 70% respectively. They still functioned normally at that stage but is worth mentioning they could not be redeeded with damage incurred. It was not until the subsequent maintenance cycle they were restored to 100%. Kinda annoying at the time since i needed to move the garage...
