Hi everyone,

I've done some reading on this in the forums and FAQs but haven't been able to come to any conclusion since there were no clear answers or a consensus. I'm hoping that this will answer...

We just started a city last week. We hit our first weekly update and we had 17 citizens at that point. However, I only recieved 1,100 Politican XP. Why is this? I thought we got 350/per vote... (or at least 100)??

Anyone please help.

u get some as the incumbient mayor per week

u get the full vote exp once every 3 weeks.

Not sure where 1100 is coming from. Have you ever been a Politician before and might have had some xp left over?

You get 750xp per week for being the mayor, which is credited at the time of the city update. Since this is your first week you should have gotten 750xp.

You don't get xp for votes every week. That only happens at the end of the voting cycle, and the voting cycle is every three weeks. Citizens must also manually cast their votes; it no longer automatically goes to the incumbent mayor. You'll have to wait two more update cycles for that xp, which is 300xp per vote.

So if my citizens vote at the beginning of the cycle, they won't have to vote again for three weeks?

Once the election is over, all citizens will get an e-mail about it. You'll have to reregister to run for mayor at that point from the voting terminal for the next election cycle.
