Well I did a budget for my city, using that nifty spreadsheet that I got from here. First off Kudos to the people who made it. It is great (Even works on my Palm, so I can look at it anytime). Second, I discovered that my city is paying an extra 20k/week in structure maintenance that it shouldn't be. I prooved this today by removing all structures (Shuttle, clone, Bank, and Garage) and the structure maintenance listing on the city maintenance heading still had 20k listed there. My Calculations put this 20k higher then what we should be paying. I am at a loss
I have submitted a ticket on this matter, but the CSR's seem to not work on the weekends. I hope to have this solved before the next city update, as I feel we've been paying this extra 20k for a long time now.
My guess is one of the civic structures that got eaten, when population dropped to low, didn't get removed from the system correctly. I hope t his can be rectified.

It is either that or when you picked up and moved around streetlamps/statues/fountains, or potentially trainers, you simply picked them up instead of removing them. This way they are still counted for maintenance when they shouldn't be. The way the system records stuff like that is pretty fickle.

true, but those reside under decorations on that screen, structures is different. Anyways, just waiting to hear back from a CSR (they must not like me, cause they never answer)

Ok this is frustrating. I sent in another ticket, this time before hand I removed all structures except City hall to see if there was a problem. There is.
ont he maintenance report there is a listing of every group that pays maintenance right?
City Hall
Decorations
Trainers
Mission Terminals
Structures
ect ...
With NO structures in my city, I pay 20k. CSR's say it is City hall that is costing that money. But how can that be? City Hall has its own listing on that page, and it is alot more then 20k.
Anyone here got any idea's for me? Witht his 20k extra draining my treasury, my deficit of 500creds/citizen becomes 900/citizen.
