I understand the desire for these to be rare, but the method used seems a little... off. Why do the exotics take the same number of materials regardless of size? And why does a little 3x3 exotic garden take more materials than a generic PA hall?

Umm, because ewok huts are technologically more advanced than a PA Hall. Everyone knows that of course. ![]()
I didn't pay attention enough to see if exotic gardens are all the same reguardless of size. I wounder if they all cost the same to maintain too?

Questions..
Did you have to place a garden to find out that the small was 3x3? And, does 3x3 include the 1 square border that supposedly must be kept between a civic structure and a house?
I ask because I'm trying to plan out a small neighborhood that will be pulled into our city with the next update. I'm not the mayor and have never places any gardens to know the size. Does anyone know of a list of sizes anywhere?

From my measurements on test center from Q&AVille gardens, smalls are 3x3 footprint but 1x1 actual, mediums are 5x5 foot with 3x3 actual and large is 7x7 foot and 5x5 actual and 6x6 with steps. I've seen the larges listed at 5x5 as well, so I am not sure if different parks are different sizes or if I or someone else measured wrongly. The 3x3 and 5x5 is correct though for many of the gardens I've seen.
