Hello we have 64 citizens in our city but not sure if we will hit the 85 for rank 5 update next week.. what happens if we dont advance to rank 5 do we stay rank 4 as long as we maintain 55 citizens..i read somewhere if u dont advance to next rank u get demoted in rank..does anyone know how this works.

You only get demoted if you drop below your currently city class citizen requirements. If you stay above 55, you will always be a city class IV.

You stay rank 4 as long as you don't go under 55 registerd citizens.
