Thread: Cities with a Faction base inside the radius?
Has anyone experienced the following?
We have a faction base inside our city limits, along with a clone facility. We got attacked by opposing faction members and when they were killed the would "insta-res" in spot of death, and no they were not Doctor ressed. It is as if the clone facility in the city would allow them to clone at their death spot because they were TEF and banned. Any idea? This is a major, major problem.
If they are banned from your city, they will insta-rez in the spot they were killed in.
You know this stuff is really starting to piss me off. This was a fairly **edit** obvious thing the Dev's should have looked at before they pushed the **edit** code.
If you are BANNED from a city you need to lose ALL ABILITY IMMEDIATLY to clone, use the shuttleport, and/or any other civic structure. This silly stupid crap about once they clone they can just keep cloning is crap. Make them choose the "nearest cloning center" that they are NOT banned from.
However.....on the upside. Until this issue is fixed anyway. Your city Millita can farm the "insta-rezzers" for faction points.

Yeah, we learned this the hard way when 30 some odd rebel wookies stormed our base and were immortal. this **edit**ing sucks. i have yet to complain about ANY of the bs in this game, but this really **edit**ing sucks.

Well that explains the poor Chef I killed 3 times in a row before tiring of it...and the guy I /citywarn and whipped him a couple of times before letting him run out of the city...
I have to Agree...this is Cheese.......Crappy game play and a Serious Exploit...since SOE prides themselves on busting Exploiting users.......Maybe they will get to this one......wait wait....this one doesn't let people progress and it's not fun so it probably won't be nerfed...

Problem with that is well... that does absolutely nothing... When they respawn if they are your average clone warring punk they are just gonna charge your base again causing more damage to emplacements before you kill them again.
When I ban the jackass he should INSTANTLY lose all ability to close in the city and/or use the shuttleport to come or go from the city.
