Is it just me or are the city updates slowly getting farther and farther back... I placed our city about 7pmCST Thursday when the patch is live. Then my city started updating and giving Voting Xp, fri Morn at 6am CST. Now its 9am CST and I still dont have any vote exp.
Anyone else having this problem?

As far as time to update, it takes into face server down times.

When the servers are down daily for hotfixes and reboots, we lose time on the clock. When the servers are down, the city clocks stop running. Hence the lost time. 7 days city time is 7 days of server uptime.

Sounds like they should use the database that they have for the cities information should know exactly when these cities should be updated.

I'm sure they could do it that way, but where would the fun in that be for them? Making the update happen at the same time each week would make too much sense and make it easy to plan things. I'd love for my update to always be on Saturday eastern time AM, so I can have time to get things updated in the city quickly so my citizens would always be happy. Now I have to tell them that they have to wait till I get home from work for their update.
