Since streetlamps count as decorations, which they are, I think we should be alloted a few more decorations per rank. It is very easy to place 30 or 40 streetlamps within a city just to give it a nice nighttime effect. How about different types of decorations and limits. Like 2Xrank in statues/streetlamps and 1Xrank in gardens so on and so forth.

I am still amazed at how player cities are so much more restricted than npc cities. This is one way to bridge that gap.
