OK, we lost our Clone Center on Sunday to Radius Drift. It was fine for two days and then the radius shifted away from the clone center this throwing it into limbo.

Icannot place another clone center in the city.I get the error message: "You can only place one of this type of structure in your city".

The City Management Terminal does not recognize that we have a clone center at all.

So it appears half the code thinks we have one, and half the code thinks we don't.

We have had a CSR ticket up all week.

Plinka please help us out here! Everyone that is missing a clone center needs to be reset somehow (e.g. removing the invisible clone center) so we can place a new one!
