Fix times of updates...
Its getting later each week, eventually we will have lost entire days/weeks!
(DONT FLAME THIS, cos i understand its because of downtime) Perhaps the actual realtime time of the update should be used, not 7 days of server uptime!

I was thinking about this and it seems like the update actually gets delayed by more than the amount of downtime. Ours is over 48 hours later this week than last week, I don't recall there being 48 hours of downtime since last Friday. Could be wrong though.

The city update time clock STOPS when the server is "down" or "being updated" and the clock continues when the server is up and running...
so each time the server goes into maintence.. the time stops....
Thus... the time drifts!!

I know its because of downtime.
Im suggesting that the actual real life time could perhaps be coded for to avoid this problem. E.g. city blah updates at 7pm PST or something not in 168 game hours from previous update
