Does anyone know if there is a weekly cost and what those numbers are for the city specializations ?

there is a cost, couldnt tell ya what it is though.

it is listed in the player city info in the manual. each spec is different cost.

That link is the best resource. If you are asking if there is a cost, get ready for sticker shock. I believe the cheapest one is 75k.

The Manufacturing Center is 50k a week... I have it and just turned it on. Seems to work according to crafters.
