Hi all,
I'm not new to the game, but new to the Player City/Politician aspect. Some friends and I are thinking of starting a city and I have one question that I couldn't seem to find and answer to. I'd appreciate any help from you well seasoned Politicians out there.
Intially, when a City Hall is placed, what happens to existing structures, factories and harvesters within the city limits? Do they all automatically get added to the city and begin to be taxed?
Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone knows the price of a garage for a new player city.
In this same line, there seems to be conflicting prices shown for maint on city properties, could some please list the correct cost or a link to find them
Thanks in advance

all structure within 150 radius of the city hall (city hall is center) will be automactically added to the city roster (as structures) homes requires citizen to "redeclare" to become a citizens... sometimes they don't have to.. but in the past.. all our citizen did this to be added even though I got an email that their house was added to the city.

Peko Point is only a few months old as a true city. At the time we droped the city hall we were thriving at 20+ already. The way it seamed to work for us is all the structures were automatily added to the city structure roster. Citizens were added as soon as they entered their declared homes after the city hall was droped. No one to my knowledge redeclared residence. Just run in and out and its done your on the list. I dont know how the current system works. We droped in April so things may have changed. Hope this helps.
