Curious thought: In a player city, if I re-deed a bank to move it to another location, what happens to all those safety deposit box people have inside? WIll it move with it or go poof?

Those are planet based not particular bank specific...

They'll be fine.

yep... and keep in mind you're not limited to one bank... you can place several at different locations around your city if you like to allow your citizens closer access to their safety deposit boxes... eg you can have 4 quadrants like cul-de-sacs with a bank, garage, and mission terminals to give players abilities to use closer facilities and run missions from one end of your city to the opposite, thus avoiding agro creatures between missions by running through town... just an example... =P
