I'm not exactly sure what im doing now that I am mayor nad my holocron says nothing.

I have a huge problem with milita!

I want a group of people to have milita for recruting but I only want a certan 4 people to be able to ban.

Well fill me in guys!

well anyone you put on the militia will be able to grant zoning rights and also be able to use city ban that is all there is to know really other than the city pardon is also usable by them. nothing else can be done and the mayor is the only one who can add or remove militia members and they can be taken off the militia if they switch houses for some reason

Malitia have the right to ban and give zoning rights. There is no way to give malitia members just one or the other they all have both. Your just going to have to restrict malitia to just a few. In my city of 140 people I have only made 3 malitia.

Its down to a matter of trust at the end of the day.

I have a fairly large militia of 10, but they are all trustworthy players who I have known almost since the game went live.

Being able to kick people off the militia roll is much easier now (they dont have to be standing next to you in the City Hall to be booted off) so if someone does play up, its easy to fix.

But as the saying in ROTLA goes - you must choose wisely.

Well some I trust but they do not understand the zoing areas we have. And some I don't like but if I take the milita away I may lose 5 citzens because they are vindictave people. ALso my leaders of my guild have milita and they are not sur either and do not want to take the time to help people place houses. Ah I'm not sure im in the city 24/7 I just maybe the only milita.
