Thread: What makes a city factional?

Okay, I screwed up, I know that now. I was a covert Rebel when I dropped our city hall. I can deal with that, and I'm working with it. And from what I've heard, there are issues with dropping a cloning center as a member of either faction. I finally got customization 3, and began placing gardens around our fair township. And now I notice on the overhead map, that they're showing Rebel. Is there a way around this, or do I just give up faction (not a big issue!) and it will go away, or will I have to drop faction, pick up, and replace the offending structures, or what's the best solution to this?

you'll have to go neutral and pick up the garden (order doesn't matter), then place it again.

Thanks, Pappi. Considering that I just got the ability to drop a cloning center, was planning on dropping rebel anyway. Just gives me a little more to do.
