Short intro

i m the mayor a 2nd gen lvl 3 city

due the city cap we got the "City capped - Screw you" mail for month now

and with the 6week inactive rule gone we saw no chances ever to advance

but last week a miracle happened

one of our planets lvl 4 cities scattered and turned back to lvl 3

so 1 lvl 4 city gone

our city is the larges with over 70 citizens, so we thought it s finally our turn

but NOTHING happened

one lvl 4 city less

but NO lvl 3 has been allowed to advance

so i create a ticket about it

all i got was a standard answer not even dealing with the real problem

i rephrased my question but the next CSR just closed the ticket

so i tried support chat anda friendly CSR promised to help me

so i sent him an email as he requested

well 5 days later

tried the support chat again

only got the standard CSR msg "create a ticket and don t bother me"

I am amazed that the CSR's are ignoring your request and not even taking the time to come talk with you and prove to you that there is still a reason that your city cant advance. I feel that I get fantastic responses from the CSR team when I submit a ticket as "the mayor". When does your city cycle again? Did it just cycle and still not advance? [you may have said so in your post -- I just cant remember]. I know the CSR team doesnt always give me the answer I am looking for but they always respond to a question from a player that is an "elected" representative of 100+ online gamers on the SWG universe.

Again -- I am sorry that you are having such a crummy time. Keep the faith and dont let the CSR Turkeys get you down. There are good CSR chaps out there. Hopefully you will find them.

we had our update an hour ago and still no advance

also no other lvl 3 city advanced

i ve waited days for a CSR to show up, to be able to discuss the problem, but no none came

all the CSR from the chats told me "create a ticket"

there are 1 or 2 good CSRs out there but most just ***************************

there is another post on this board where they mention that while a city hall had gone poof the city retained some of its civic structures and would continue to be counted among the lvl 4 cities until those structures went poof as well. One of the big problems was that there was a Hosp and Cant with maintenance in them to keep them up for some while. Effectivley blocking all other cities from advancing. You might want to look for it.
