Thread: Can someone confirm this

If a member of the militia is attacked, then groups with players, will those players gain a tef against the attacker. I ask because it has come up as a point of discussion in our PA and were trying to find out:

1. If this is a bug, we don't want to exploit a bug if it is.

2. If this is indeed what is happening with militia.

Thank you.

Unless I'm missing something the milita affiliation is irrelevent here. Any member of your group that is attacked transfers a TEF against the attacker to all group members. It doesn't transfer when he groups with you though, only when he is attacked after you group. If he was in combat and groups then the NEXT time he is hit by his attacker after you are gouped you should get a TEF against his attacker.

I'm not sure how he means this because without citywarn there isn't any way for a militia member to get a TEF other than factional combat or dueling which doesn't transfer the same way as I recall.

Player Owned Theaters have many bugs:

  • no sign on the outside
  • the access fee is only applicable to the backstage (which forces one to charge the performers but not the audience)
  • similarly do-baders can only be banned from the back stage... if they are banned from the backstage they can still walk freely about the sidewalks and in the audience section of the theater
  • items that can be 'used' on the world map (particularly the nalargon and omni box) will not stay on any surface of the theater... these items fall through all surfaces down to the ground
  • the stage and audience sections of the theater are not 'dropable' meaning that item cannot be 'dropped' or placed in those sections
  • entertainment healing only works in the backstage of the theater; it does not work in the audience or stage sections

As I stated in the other thread I made (which received zero replies ), I've been able to target Rebels who are attacking my militia members.

Note that I was covert at the time and hadn't been in a group all day. I shouldn't have been able to target them at all, but I could.

Was this inside the city or away from it?

I've never tested that maybe Militia Memberspass alongTEFs toother members.. interesting. It would make sense when /citywarn was in place.. .

well, you may want to doublecheck its not a gtef causing it, but if it is a militia related tef, then it would be a bug, however, if i remember right it works both ways (with the militia memebers becoming attackable)

was the target /cityban?
