I posted this in the Bug List thread but didn't get any responses:
Ok, I read that there is a verified issue with sales taxes not always going into the city treasury. Well the city I'm in has noticed a significant decrease in taxes recently (past couple of weeks) even with a large amount of money in sales. So we did a little experiment and notices that we are getting NO sales tax into the city. All sales taxes are going to the vendor owner. We've tried different sales amounts (>1 Mil, 900k, 500K, 100K, 20K), different vendor locations (City Mall vs house), as well as vendor sales and offers. All taxes went to the seller and not the city.
Has anyone else noticed this?

THis is happening to me.
I did validate, the CSR checked the logs and did in fact validate and sent it on to the devs
