Ok from the top...

You get politician xp two ways -

  1. By getting votes before you are actually a politician, so when you run for politician in a city.

  2. Once established in a city you will get a certain amount of xp based on the number of people you have in your city

Now I don't know how much it is for either but I believe its about 100 per citizen once your voted in and so I guess its about 100 for each vote you get.

Now the second part, there is no way to find out if a planet is capped except for either trying to place a city or to count all the cities on there and make a note of there level, to be able to have certain structures in your city you have to be at the correct level. For instance the shuttle port requires a level 4 city and for that you need 55 people in your city and so I think you may have to go without unless you forget keeping you city to just 'local' people.

But I would recommend you look through the post at the top of the forum which is stickied as it has all these answers and many more.

Here is a

Ok for staters I'm looking for a guide on How to Master the Politician Profession (Even though I've seen the many posts on how usless it is). I understand i need the 500AP xp to get novice. Once I have that how do i get politician xp.Do u have to be a resident of the city to get the xp? Looking for a kind of step-by-step (sorry still new to this).

Now My second Quest is to Start a small city (I think). I'm on the Shadowfire server and would like to place the city on naboo. I've heard the Planet is capped out, but am not sure how u check to see if that's true. The point I'm driving at is, My local friends and I would like to set up a city for the local players, we don't want a massive city, but would like a shuttle port, bank, mission term, and maybe a hospital and clone ctr. Do u have to have a registered city to have these things?

Thank you for any advice u can lend.
