Hi,

We're in a rush to find the 10 citizens in 24 hours, due to some players unable to declare residence until the deadline or some building transfer.

A new player just put his house about 106m from the city terminal, set residency, he received the email about citizenship in the city and the mayor too. However, he doesn't appear on the citizen report of the terminal, and we're starting to worry...

Any idea ?
