Thread: How can Milita place a house? (Says I need rights)

You cannot grant zoning rights to yourself. Either have the mayor or another milita member grant you rights.

Great lol, time for a double instance to give myself rights lol. So much for allowing Milita to help if the mayor has to go on vaction for a while.

He's trying to drop the house to help the new guy out then transfer him in. It's hard to coach people to follow the overall plan of a city, I'd know since I've owned a PA hall since the start of the game and didn't have enough lots to allow people in. Longest was 7tries for the guy to finally get it right. Howeve you can help out as just militia, it may take a bit longer but help the guy move in like that instead of do all the work for him. You aren't powerless you just can't drop a home whenever you want.

Well the problem I was having was the Perks, I didnt want to grant a non milita the rights to place the perks, cause i knew they would mess it up. The person I did trust to lay the perks was not going to be online for a few days. I also had to do some lot transfers and the toon I was doing it on, had milita but wasnt mayor.
