While I didn't start playing this game for a year after it had come out (Planetside stole that first summer, then school took up all my time), I followed its initial development closely and was always fascinated by the idea of player cities. I read all about the proposals for player city politics and the powers of mayors, and I remember there being an emminent domain power--the ability to move players' houses and whatnot. Was this ever implemented, and if so what happened to it? I'd like to see it implemented now, especially if there is an impending inactive player purge, so that we can revitalize our city by moving old garbage out and new players in, not to mention other benefits like moving structures that get gobbled up with city expansions, esp if they are being used by hostiles as "staging" houses.

It was never implemented and as much as I'd like to see it, I don't think it will ever happen
