After working very hard to achive rank 3 before the cap was hit we lost our rank today. We lost our rank due to being 1 member short of the amount needed. due to guild problems many poeple had left in the past week and due to the city leaders being busy with real life things were not recified in time.
We are now rank 2 waiting for some other city to have internal problems before we can get our spot back. I guess i understand why its done like that but what i don't understand is why there is no grace period. At least 24 hours to get enough poeple so you don't lose your rank. By droping to rank 2 we will lose our Cloning center in a week if another city does not fail before then.
The change i think should be added is a way to retain your rank. you shouldn't have to hop another city fails so you can get a shot at a higher rank

In the past there was a bug so that cities that "fell" regained their rank later even if the cap for that rank was exceeded. I haven't heard anything about it being fixed ...
