Thread: What if the Master Doctor or Dancer change their profession?

(disclaimer: I'm sure this has already been asked and answered, but after 20 minutes I still can't find it)
If the Doctor/CM that places our Hospital then drops that profession, what happens to the hospital?
It seems to me it would stay, since the ability is called "Place Hospital," but /shrug

Nothing happens to the structure. Even the deletion/removal/shrinking of a city doesn't remove that building. Once its down its down.

sorry to be annoying about this 8(
That's what I figured, since politicians can drop the skills needed and city buildings stay (or like you said city all could disappear). However, I have other people telling me otherwise in game.
Does anyone know from experience?
