I am a mayor on tat and in the past when the city and i leveled it said error untell the game did its thing and that took about 30 min then all was good. Well this time it said updatepending your city will update with the next server city pulse what dose this mean???

The same thing.
They just were trying to make it easier to understand.. instead of "err" it now says something that makes as much sense. Wait at your med center if you have one
