Do the training fees paid to NPC trainers go to the City Treasury?

another flaw in the system, the NPC's work for the city, they cost money, so the city should be rewarded for the success of the people coming to the city to be trained. I feel the same way about mission terminals. 1% of mission payouts should go to the city, this would even help cities like mine which has improved job market to generate more credits.

A city is a city, the more credits it has, the better the city will be able to cope and the nicer the city will be. Mayors shouldnt be worried about meeting the maintenance of the city structures each week. Everything that is "used" in cities should contribute to the city in some way. the streetlamps cost money(i asume for electricity) the same with mission terminals. NPC trainers are hired to work for the city, so some of their money SHOULD go to the city. This just proves that the devs really didnt *think* about our profession. just look at all of our skills that we get as master politician. They will probably dump player city garages in master politician just so that there is something there, which is completly the wrong skill box to put the garage.

Who uses the theatre? no one, waste of city credits. the cantina is a better theatre than the theatre is.
