Ok, I've looked and looked in these forums but I can't find it.
Is there a way to visibly see what your city's boundries are?

Not that I know of..
I have a visual map of my city in my head..
I would assume that you will just have to ride around your city and see where the borders are.
But that would be cool.. if the mayor could see some kinda redline, or marking the borders or something..

I agree completely. If you ride out of your city you'll eventually see "you are now leaving xxx city" but if you turn around and come back into the city it's almost 50 meters before you see "you are entering xxx city". So where's the line?
I did a little research and placed and dropped houses varying in and out of that 50m space and it seems that the line is the inner message - not the outer message. However that is a pain in the arse to have to drive around and investigate your borders everytime you want to drop a structure.

Yeah, I kinda did the same thing when we hit rank 5.
But I have a good idea about where everything is in my city.
I have had a few houses that were placed that needed to be moved up one block to be in the city..
I also found that if the house terminal is in your city, the the whole house is considered where if the same house is turned around and the terminal is not in the city, the house is not considered...
Messed up I tell ya..

Make a waypoint, using your city coordinates, it's shown in the ?status? page. then check what radius your city is.
I did run the perimiter this way and make waypoints, to get a feel for it, but you'll quickly run out of waypoints this way

I think simply you look on City Management Terminal and look on city advancement I think. Now I am not a Mayor of a town not even a Politician just a normal citizen
If it isnt on City Advancement check the other options
Panther (Tempest)
TKA 4-3-4-3
CH 2-3-2-3
Crystal Creek Valley, Dantooine
Fenix Team (FNX-T)

you can't "physcally" see them. the city dosn't have boarders. it's a circle not a square. you can view the city's radius in meters at the city terminal.

Why bother? Its not the size of the city that matters, it is the magic that is in it.
Or something like that...

rank 1 150m
rank 2 200m
rank 3 300m
rank 4 400m
rank 5 450m
step1 goto your city terminal and figure out what your city rank is
step 2 type /find city to create a waypoint for your city center
step 3 run around and remain within the radius depicted above to figure out whether or not you are in your city
