Maybe someone has thought of this already but oh well. In cities like coronet, and moenia the Rebel Recruiters/mission terminals have gone into hiding in the back of cantinas. I think it has added a little extra to the game, as it seems like the rebelion is hidden when your in the back of a cantina . I know this might not be possible, but why can't this same idea be applied to player city cantinas. Rebels are underground so to speak, so I believe their mission terminals should reflect this. To allow rebel mission terminals to be placed in cantinas would possibly make those rebels feel more secretive. One problem would be the terminal might get less use because people might not see it, thus decreasing its use.

EDIT: Definetly no recruiters in the cantina though, just missions. There has to be some reason for bases after all.
