Ok... a garden is a civic structure??? I can place only 25 civic structure even though my decoration count is 40??? what the @#%!! am I supposed to do with 14 gardens I can't place now??? is there a /suicide command in this game??
on a side note is the 25 civic structures static? or does it alter with city size... ie. if i become a metropolis will i get to place more structures? if so how many? Thanks in advance...
