grr sorry for the empty post.

I was thinking if they had like a galaxy wide political system I don't know fi they still had anything liek thsi in this tiem frame but I was thinking for furture development.

Have it where all the player cities on a certain planet voted to have a player city has a capitol... I know theed will always be the capitol of naboo but maybe have it where some of the other planets get to vote. then you could have it where once a player cities is chossen they get the ability to place a capitol building and hold elections and place planet wide taxes. Then you could maybe have a server wide capitol and so forth and they could set prices on items and such and those players selling items for more or less could get punished in one way or another. Have it where smugglers get involed smuggler the items to sell behind the empire's back. And so forth

I hope that made since

Your thoughts?

for future reference (since i've made these mistakes myself), as a community veteran you can edit your posts, so you can just overwrite the blank post next time

First community veterans should not have 136 posts. I am sure the devs thought this would appease the masses...I am sure a wonderful perk for those who recieved it but honestly content contribution should be rewarded. However, there's not much of that either.

Your suggestion, frankly, is out of the question. The Emperor declared the senate null and void. Maybe after Vader dies, here shortly, we will see that galaxy-wide governing body reestablished.

Your idea is grand and would work if everyone in the galaxy agreed, however, in no way am I going to agree to pay an Imp anything that Caritas makes. Furthermore, why? What's the reason for this galaxy-wide governing body? Do you think that the controls/mechanics would work? Look at the tax situation and tell me with the lack of accountability that an idea like this would work?

There is a thread a few days old that talks about something similar, however, it too would not work because the devs will never again pay attention to the politician and player city forums again. Have you noticed? We have no correspondant.

The devs are too busy hyping the 'space' expansion. I laugh because space in this definition of the word is related to geography (making the maps bigger) and is the devs attempt to siphon more money from world while increasing the enjoyability of lag and all of its wonderful attributes.

No, I have to say the idea is grand but I feel it does not jive.
