I'm fairly new to the whole politician scene (elected mayor of a HUGE city) and I am trying to clean up the city because we have people who have left the game and have also left their houses and vendors tents behind and as i understand it, vendor tents don't decay, even if the maintenance runs out on the vendor itself...........is there a way to remove tents and homes short of writing a csr ticket?

Also I was wondering at what "rank" I need to be in order to place more than 3 trainers??

well, depending on if SOE fixed the tax bug, you can try and arange a property tax on all structures i nthe area, and then refund the money collected to the ppl you want to stay i nthe city.

the one draw back would be for the pore player that doesnt play that often, then what would need to be done would to besure admin rightes are given to a trusted friend on said structuire and maint. put back in.

What city rank are you???

I know that at metropolis the limit is 15 trainers. Also do you have civic policy 2 ?This is required to place skill trainers at all.

Okay here is the deal with both trainers and mission terminals, you get 3 per city rank... so as an outpost you get 3 trainers and3 terminals max... as a village you get 6 of each, township 9 of each, city 12 and metropolis 15...

So, once you reach 20 citizens you'll be able to place 6 trainers total... provided of course you possess civic policy 2 as a skill box.
