Ok, I am trying to find out how to get a city up. Are there lots open on Naboo or Tat? If so, I have 10 people. How do we get this going. What do I have to do?

STEPS:
- Have lots of MONEY- be an ARCHITECT yourself (you'll need someperks to draw ppl to your city (typically, a house, speeder and some credits))
- Have 9 other friends who are with you on this (asyou have 24 hrs to have 9 settled in or kiss your City Hall goodbye.
- Get Novice Politician
- Buy (obtain) a City Hall (re-read 2 above)
- Find a flat area of land that is suitable for a city to be placed and expand
- Place City Hall (re-read 2 above)
- From now on - have every single citizen place a house, declare residency and go to City Hall and immediately vote for you
- Kiss a good 3rd profession goodbye
- be prepared to have multiple /tells and many mistells and spend the first 30 minutes or more of your online gameplay doing what politicians do (smile, listen, agree, cry, have passion, participate ....whatever it takes)
- have patience. How many other professions do you know that your XP is only calculated once weekly. You only get 100xp from each citized that votes for you.(re-read 2 above)
Are you sure you really want to do this ? (re-read 2 above). If you can't get past 2 above, I'd rethink it.

oops, forgot 6a -
6a. IF you get a"CAP has been reached" messageor something to that effect STOP here.
THEN, Repeat steps 2 and steps 6 each and every week
ELSE, Repeat steps 2 and attempt step 6 on either Dantooine, Lok Rori Talus (where the cap is almost twice as big than the other planets)

We have most of what you have here. The only question I have letf is can we place on naboo or Tat? People are telling me yes and no.

Which day of the week do the servers checkplayer cities, and dump the ones that don'tmeet the minimum requirements?

I think it's on Sundays for the Shadowfire - when the city updates. I'm not sure if that's also the same for for all servers. Once a City Hall is placed, use the City Management Terminal to see when the next city update will be.

City updates are based upon when the city was placed, not a specific time per server.
