Thread: Question on city income

This could be nested in some topics already but it is easier to ask and have someone with the answer post 
Where does the money from trainers, cloning, garages etc.. go? Does it justdisappear into the black hole of credit sinks or does this money get depostied into the city treasury. Personally I feel these are city structures and that this money should be deposited into the city treasury.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but our cities get jack squat from cloning and trainers 
The only sources of revenue other than income, property, and sales tax are the travel ticket and garage service fees. All of this money is deposited into your treasury, but it is not itemized, so it is difficult to see that it actually comes from those places. Hopefully with the Player City revamp, we will at least get money from cloning, skill trainer revenue would be great too. But for now, if you want extra cash without over taxing your citizens, raise the shuttle fee. And remember, 90% of the time it resets to 100 when the servers come down, so you have to set it each and every lovely morning. If you dont have a shuttle fee to raise, then taxation and personal donationsare the only ways to raise money, aside from depositing it yourself.

Ug not what I wanted to hear, but thanks for the answer. I hope with the city revamp we get revenue from the city structures. For now we rely on donations with no taxation. We have the basics in our city and it still costs 545k per week. This is a hefty amount for folks to keep going and it seems only right that placing city structures and trainers be a means to generate revenue.

WellI keep my maintenance costs down my "moving" my gardens decorations right before the election. For some reason, when they are in your inventory, you dont get charged for them 
I could go as far as "moving" the clon facility, bank, and shuttleport too, but that really aggrevates people and my city gets a lot of traffic because we are close to Tusken. I have a rank 4 city and my weekly maintenance is 365K. When I forget to "move" my gardens and decorations at the opportune moment, I get slammed with about 585K If we ever get money from cloning and my shuttle fee actually stays at 300, I will stop moving my gardens.
