We had an incident just today that drew alot of question marks above people's heads and we were wondering if it could be resolved.

A large overt group attacked our town while we were still getting buffed and ready for them. Unfortunately we had some overt Jedi who teffed our doctors and were quickly eliminated. So we were gathering inside of the cloner and preparting ourselves when one of the overts walked right into the clone building and proceeded to kill us again (we were still unbuffed while he was fully buffed).

It turns out that somehow he was able to plant a house in the city limits as well as give some others zoning rights a while back. Unfortunately we didn't know what to do and many ended up in a death loop or survived only to get a tef and killed by the people waiting just outside of the door.

My question is whether or not there is any method to have someone's status as a citizen removed from the city or city banned so they may not enter buildings like that again?
